Integrated Facility Services is a mechanical contractor in Fenton, Missouri with a 52 year history in the Saint Louis metro and outstate Missouri.  We are looking for a energetic, tech savvy Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Marketing Assistant Duties:

1. Assist with development and implementation of marketing strategy, programs, and materials

     a. Produce and distribute internal communications such as Quarterly Newsletter, E-blasts, and other sales, marketing and promotional communications.

     b. Compose regular e-marketing emails for marketing campaign

     c. Responsible for creating and implementing social media campaigns

     d. Assist with management of company website and social media platforms including: 

            i. Content development and delivery to social media outlets and website

            ii. Website updates including Word Press and plug-ins

2. Event and meeting planning coordination

3. Assist on any on and off site marketing events, including travel arrangements and ordering materials for trade shows

4. Manage system to evaluate customer satisfaction and report relevant metrics.

5. Gather information for marketing committee to discuss at monthly marketing meetings

6. Compose the marketing meeting agenda, take and distribute meeting notes

7. Assist the marketing committee with reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, research, etc.

8. Order, track and inventory marketing items

9. Assist the Marketing manager with developing the budget

10. Help gather Letters of Referral and Job Well Done Letters to be used for marketing

11. Create data base of projects that can be sorted by "type" and by "industry" that can be used for marketing to show our experience in these categories

12. Responsible for management and the accountability of Corporate Branding handout items by keeping records of "who" "how many" and "what"

13. Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of Corporate Branding items and marketing materials, keep records of their distribution

Required Education and Experience 

  1. Associates Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
  2. Skills with Social Media platforms, graphic arts software and Microsoft office

Preferred Education and Experience

     1. Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications
